Product Availability

-All items that are able to be placed in your cart are always in stock. We are continuously working to ensure correct product availability. If for any reason an item is not in stock after your order has been placed, NishGlam will contact you within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.

When will my order ship?

-Please allow 1-4 business days for processing. Orders ship every 2-7 days after orders are placed. 

Can I edit/cancel my order?

-Sizing for items of equal value are able to be changed before order is shipped. Please contact sales@nishglam.com for all modification requests.

I believe my package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?

-NishGlam Boutique is not responsible for your packages once items are shipped. USPS will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe place at your delivery address. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact USPS at 1800-275-8777 to file a claim for the missing shipment.

Can I cancel/edit my order once it has been placed? 

-Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders placed, we are unable to cancel orders once placed. 

Does my order ship from the USA?

-Yes, all of our merchandise is shipped from the Massachusetts, United States.
